  I have worked at various home care agencies and even at the hospital and this is the best employer I have worked for. Touching Hearts at Home has been a blessing for me and my family because they match me so well with the two clients I work with regularly. Before pairing me with clients, they took the time to learn about my previous experiences so they could properly match me. In addition, their trainer took the time to test me, review my clinical skills and refreshed all of my transfer techniques and taught me the Touching Hearts at Home way. Any time I have a time off request (just did for my daughter’s spring break) they are able to get my backup care partner to cover and she is also an incredible fit for my clients and their care needs - one of my clients suffered from a stroke and is disabled as a result. He requires a hyper lift and lots of expert ambulation. I also never have to worry about where they are sending me or who I am with because our executive director interviews every family — even their pets, and inspects the home to make sure it’s safe and clean. At another home care agency I worked for, they sent me into a home that was so unsafe and unsanitary and the client was dangerous. Touching Hearts cares the most and they expect me to always be my best. I love my job and serving seniors with them!!!

  Touching Hearts is THE BEST! If you are looking for im home care for a loved one, look no further!! From my first phone call with Christina, to our first meeting, to meeting my mother’s care giver (Chyan) I was in love!! They care- Let me repeat. . . THEY CARE, and it was clearly obvious through my interactions from day 1. My mom’s care giver goes above and beyond for my mother (who can be a little stubborn at times). She is kind, makes her laugh (no body does) snd just has the biggest heart!!! Both my brother and I are ecstatic about Touching Hearts and all the services they can provide. I’ve never been so content with any health care related company as I am with Chyan and Touching Hearts. Communication is immediate and they even came out to make “safety proofing” suggestions. So if you are looking for in home care for a loved one-Touching Hearts is the way to go!!! Thank you Christina and Chyan!! ♥️♥️

  If I could give Vonnie (and Touching Hearts at Home) five stars I would. I've had several helpers over the past few months, but none of them worked for me. Vonnie is a gem: intelligent, thoughtful, funny, quick (but careful), polite, and willing to do whatever I ask - I haven't found anything she can't do. She also remembers how we like things done and remembers repeat tasks. She is so upbeat and cheerful, I always feel better when she is here! She's like the granddaughter I wish I had here! Nancy
