This caregiver agency is truly the best. Val was the first caregiver they sent out to care for my father and she truly cared for him like he was a parent. All the caregivers were so kind and so patient with my father. They walked alongside our family in his cancer journey and I am grateful for all the beautiful care they provided. Very reliable and professional agency. Thank you from our family for all you did for our father!

I’ve been using Star Multi Care services for my dad for over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience with the caregivers. Pauline has been one of his caregivers for over a year and she is exceptional. He is always talking about how patient, gentle and compassionate she is. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing care for their loved ones

This agency truly creates a positive and family friendly environment among its staff and patients. They take the time to listen to each and every patient, pairing them with the right nursing aide to fit their needs. All employees go through a thorough evaluation and training. Keisha is the administrator and Claudia works in personnel- they are both on top of their game. All in all, I would never have stayed with them for so many years if they weren’t a class act! I highly recommend.

They sent me the worst quality of home health aides, in part because the person in charge of sending the workers, was creating a bad Atmosphere around them before they came to my house. She never bothered to ask me, The patient, what my opinion was about the Quality of people she selected to come to my house.

Less than 1 star rating if possible. Has gone downhill since they first started assisting me. I've been lied to, ignored, send numerous Aides that haven't been professional, they gave out personal information without my knowledge or consent, etcetera, etcetera. I'm a very unhappy client.
