  In-home PT

  I am a resident of the Culpeper living in one of the independent cottages. Recently I had surgery for a total knee replacement in UVA Culpeper hospital.  I requested an in-home Physical Therapist from The Culpeper and they recommended LivinRite.  Danielle was my Physical Therapist and she did an outstanding job. She helped me strengthen muscles and gave me clearly defined exercises to continue to improve. She is very knowledgeable and even gave me instructions on how to safely get into my rather high bed. Thanks to Danielle, my experience with LivinRite is rated a resounding 5! I have already recommended this agency to my neighbors. This agency was very prompt in notifying us exactly when a nurse or therapist was coming. Each were very punctual.

  Hello everyone, Please make sure to read and inform yourselves before choosing this health provider. On paper, they may appear to be a good option. My parents selected them because they were listed through Arlington INOVA Hospital, and in past years they had provided excellent service. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Since services began this past month, it has been a nightmare. The nurse did not show up for the first scheduled visit, and I had to call to find out why. The explanation provided was unconvincing, though a very kind representative helped resolve that specific issue. However, the more serious concern is that the nurse responsible for changing my father’s dressing—after a toe amputation—has now failed to show up or has not change the dressing as per schedule and doctors orders. This dressing must be changed strictly according to the doctor’s instructions, yet my elderly mother, who is not able to assist herself, has had to perform the care instead. Please be cautious when considering this provider. The service has been unacceptable, inconsistent, and has put my father’s health at risk by failing to follow essential medical orders. I hope that whoever oversees or manages the Northern Virginia operations takes action and looks into these issues, as they could potentially expose the organization to serious liability.

  My 86-year-old mother has experienced several falls over the past few years, and LivinRite has been crucial in coordinating and providing home health care resources each time. Jen has been exceptional throughout this process, working closely with both my mother and me to understand her needs, gather resources, and customize in-home care plans. She is consistently responsive, professional, and compassionate. We have tried other in-home care companies before, but none compare to the quality of service provided by LivinRite. I highly recommend them.

  Outstanding staff. Christie is excellent at customer service, Mandy does is outstanding at scheduling, Colin, who is a physical therapist, is awesome. All are 12s on a 10 point scale. Colin’s positivity and amazing knowledge were bright lights in a difficult health journey. He noticed a significant error in our health rehab plan and he got it worked out with hospital.
