The attendant care aides they hire standing up or were never on time. One aide asked me if it was ok if she smoked a joint. One aide would sleep standing up. lr lay down and sleep. I never knew if I as going to have staffing two days a week. The aides acked like I had some type of commical disease. One aide would schedual her doctor's appointments during her shifts.

The worst month and a half ever. The aide who came was great but the office staff and owner were horrible and could never get a straight answer or schedule. My mother was sad to lose the aide but overall I could not take the instability of this company.

This company is not well structured and not organize. They lack technical know how in dealing with staffs. Sucks.
