  Help at Home assisted My dad years ago. He lived alone and needed help with his daily routine. Help at Home was the answer to our prayers. Dad was able to stay in the home he loved, and I had peace of mind. Our caregiver became part of our family. We love Her and this agency! We are now using the agency for our mom. Thank you for providing such a wonderful caregiver again! She is sweet loving and caring. Above all she is very patient and we feel mom is in great hands. It is a true comfort knowing she is safe since we can’t always be there. I can’t thank you enough. My family is very grateful for your excellent care.

  My family has been utilizing Help at Home's services for several years, starting with part-time night help to 24/7 coverage presently. The aides they have provided have always been professional and very good with our mom, who is now 99 years old. They came to us via a recommendation from another of their clients and we have been very satisfied with the service provided.

  When I fractured my spine I did not know how I would ever get through the ordeal. Then I found an angel who helped me through Help at Home. She stayed with me for over a month and helped me to heal and cared for me with great love and compassion. Each day and each night she provided me with constant care. She became part of my family and I am forever grateful for her. I highly recommend this wonderful agency Help at Home to anyone who ever needs assistance.

  After reading their website claims and speaking to an employee of the Agency, Help at Home sent a "Home Care Aide" to my parents house to take care of my mother whom is a victim of Alzheimer's Disease. The problem with this Agency is that at the time, they didn't do a Criminal Background check on the Aide whom had a warrant out for her arrest for stealing $110k worth of coins from a client in 2009 and a prior conviction in the mid-80's for Bank Fraud. The Aide then preyed upon my parents by committing Bank Fraud and my parents Jewelry has also since been missing. Dr. Scott Snyder, owner of Help at Home feels that the Aide provided a service for us during her 3 months of employment and is not convinced that she may have stolen from my parents. Help at Home states many things on their website including: "...we do everything possible to make staying at home a pleasant, rewarding experience". If this was true, a predator of Senior Citizens with prior criminal acts would not have been sent to my parents house. Dr. Scott Snyder should reconsider what his website claims. I believed the sales pitch. My family was thrown a curve. I had to change every one of my parents financial accounts due to the Bank Fraud in which the Aide was also convicted of and is part of why she is serving time in prison. It was very stressful and damaging to my family. Help at Home still claims on their website: "We guarantee results. Help at Home will place a quality caregiver you can depend on." I think Help at Home and my family have a different understanding of what this Agency claims. Oh, they are also a member of the Better Business Bureau. Much to my chagrin, I couldn't post anything with the BBB regarding their member? My family and I can only wish that this was a dream. Unfortunately, not! A bitter client that hopes this raises awareness to all of you looking for Home Care for your loved ones.
