  The team at Elite Senior Home Care has been a pleasure to work with. They are available 24/7 by text, and easily reachable by phone. They are flexible with my dad's changing needs, and very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have had many different aides through this company, and most of them have been truly wonderful. We absolutely love Mathurin - he is so caring and speaks directly to my dad in a way that makes him feel important and valued. Listo, Fabiola, and Sylvia are amazing - caring, kind, and committed to their work. We are very satisfied and will continue working with this team for the long term.

  Wow! What a great experience with Elite Senior Home Care. Turnkey, from first contact with their customer service person and sales person, Joy Levin (totally warm, haimisha, smart and intuitive woman) to the wonderful aids they provided my parents. We gave relatively detailed descriptions of what we were looking for in an aid for our parents and they nailed it each and every time. Not only was the care great, but the firm's flexibility to change the terms of care as my parents' needs changed was such a stress reliever. I can't say enough wonderful things about the 24/7 people and approach to senior care that you get with Elite Senior Home Care.

  We cannot say enough terrific things about the care Alona provides through Elite Senior Home Care. My 91 year old mother recently moved to Florida after living in the same apartment in Brooklyn for 67 years. It was a massive life change, and we credit Alona’s compassion and companionship as a primary reason the transition was so successful. My mother is very particular and typically resistant to new people and new routines, but Alona won her over. To our amazement, Alona has encouraged her to do her exercises every single day—overcoming a resistance we thought was permanent. Alona truly engages her in conversation, helping her physically, mentally, and emotionally. My mother now genuinely looks forward to her visits every day. My mother has adjusted quickly and seems the happiest she has been in years. We are so grateful to have Alona on her care team.

  We contacted Elite Senior Care at the last minute because our relatives Health had declined very quickly from cancer. Joy responded to us immediately and made the process of hiring 24 CNA‘s incredibly easy. Jay, the scheduler, then assigned us two wonderful CNA’s,, Jemima and Kemari. I can’t say enough, how impressed we were with their skill, and gentle and caring attitude. Our family is so happy that we reached out to Elite Senior Home Care!
