During the process of approval, I also decided to work for Caretech to provide home care for a couple of individuals in our community. My experience from day 1 when Karen contacted me has been great. I’m new to all of this so have had a lot of questions along the way. Staff has been patient with me and answered my questions thoroughly, checked in with me and communicated effectively.
