  This review was written on behalf of my mother, Galina K, who asked me to share her sincere gratitude and personal experience with AW Health Care. “ I want to express my deepest gratitude to AW Health Care and the wonderful adult day care program they provide for seniors. Before coming here, I felt lonely, isolated, and struggling with depression. I stayed home alone and barely communicated with anyone other than family members. Since joining this center, my whole life and outlook have changed. I now look forward to every day, I smile more, and I truly feel alive again. What makes this place so special is the incredible love, kindness, and patience of the staff. Everyone treats elderly people with genuine care and respect. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else. Special thanks to Karina and Kama for the warmth and compassion they show every single day. They treat seniors like family — helping them, covering them with blankets when they are tired, making sure everyone feels comfortable, cared for, and loved. Driver Alexander is always kind and attentive, helping every senior safely get on and off the bus with patience and respect. Social worker Zhanna is wonderful and caring, always supportive and positive. Cook Natalia and the kitchen staff deserve special recognition. The food is always delicious, homemade, and prepared with real care. Many seniors truly enjoy the meals and sometimes even take food home because it is so good. What is especially meaningful is that the staff considers cultural preferences and dietary needs. For Russian-speaking seniors, they often prepare traditional Russian dishes that remind them of home. For many elderly immigrants, this kind of thoughtful care is incredibly important and something very difficult to find in America. I also want to especially thank massage therapists Ben and Diana. They are not only kind people but truly highly professional specialists. Their work is done with great care and attention, not just as a quick routine massage. After working with them, I experienced major improvement in my leg pain, back pain, and overall physical condition. Their professionalism and dedication made a real difference in my health and quality of life. I also want to thank all nurses, aides, and the entire staff. Even with seniors who are very sick or confused, they never raise their voices. They stay calm, patient, loving, and respectful at all times. The atmosphere here is filled with kindness, compassion, and humanity. This place makes elderly people feel needed, valued, loved, and welcomed. That means more than words can describe. I would absolutely recommend AW Health Care to other families with elderly parents and loved ones. Places like this truly change lives.”

  I have been in the care of AW Health Care for nearly a year using a range of services from wound care from nursing staff, PT, OT, personal care assistance and private duty nursing. I have received the best of care in their hands. I have found some very special knowledgeable, skilled and gifted care providers. JacLynn has been addressing my wound care needs for a wound that is healing at a glacially slow rate. Her wound care skills are impeccable. Ryan and Kinsley worked to help me relearn walking skills and look forward to working with them again as my wound heals. Melissa has been helping me not only with my personal care but is now assisting in a private duty role for intermittent needs for my senior mom. I have been in the care of many different individuals from AW but they all have one thing in common. They are polite, professional and genuinely want to help. This applies not just to those who provide hands on care for me but also to my case manager, the schedulers and the Marketing Director Diane who helped me with arrangements for my mother. I highly recommend AW Health Care. I am blessed to be in their care.

  Sadly, our first care giver left the company. AW quickly sent Marnae, who stepped up day one. She was given a lot of difficult tasks to handle without and did them well. She is so kind and hardworking. We are very grateful.
