  I use Thrive Care services, and I want to take a moment to recognize Tsape. She has truly been the one bright spot in my experience. Working with her has been genuinely positive, she is kind, and consistently responsive. Whether over the phone or in person, she approaches every interaction with care and professionalism. She does her best to support our needs within her capacity, and it truly shows. Tsape stands out for all the right reasons.   I just switched home care agencies to Thrive and I have a great experience! THEY ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! 😊 They made my transition to their agency smoothly. They even went above and beyond sending a caregiver to me when I was stuck in bed with no caregiver. My old agency could not find a backup caregiver so I was stuck in bed. Within a couple hours my new agency Thrive sent a caregiver when I had no one…so grateful! I am a quadriplegic so I cannot get out of bed myself that this was HUGE for Thrive to act so quickly making sure I had the care I needed. Thank you again! Wonderful agency to work with!

  I really loved my experience with Thrive! Our incredible nurse became like family to us. She was with us for almost 2 years and helped take care of my son with a tracheotomy. She was an absolute angel during the hardest time of my life. I’m so grateful for all Thrive did to help us and for their incredible staff and professional level of care.   I don’t usually write reviews, but decided after almost a year and a half of using Thrives services, it’s time! I’ve been absolutely blown away since day one, in a good way! The case workers (especially Leah) have been very helpful. It started when I bought my daughter home from the NICU at Children’s Hospital after 8 months, already having my hands full at home with a grandparent who has dementia and another daughter. Also, At the time, an 8 month old with special needs that I wasn’t sure I could handle by myself. I was made aware of the help I could receive by my daughter’s PCP and figured why not try, not expecting much because I’m used to doing things by myself (my choice). I reached out, had an evaluation done and met a couple nurses before we found Mabel and not only does my daughter love her but so do I! She has become an extension to my family and goes above and beyond her duties for my entire family and I’m so blessed to have met her and all the folks we’ve met from Thrive! They have taken a lot of the stress off of my shoulder's, allowing me to take my grandma to her appointments, getting myself to my appointments, if I’m feeling tired or run down, I’m able to depend on our nurse(Mabel) for anything I need(even after hours some times). Leah, who’s absolutely wonderful, would come by once a month to check on things and make sure we are getting everything we need. We’ve since got a new case manager, Sara, who’s also great, too! Long story short, if you’re in need of a home nurse aid for yourself or a family member, I absolutely 100 percent recommend using Thrives services. I’ve yet to be disappointed by anyone I’ve met at the company or the services they provide.
