Hi Since the new ownership Talum has been so much better. That is why I would like to respond to the post from Shaylene West. The previous owner allowed Shaylene to be unprofessional to clients and caregivers. She showed lack of professionalism and respect. The reason in my opinion for her post is she was called out for her immoral conduct. The new owner has corrected this issue and Shaylene appears like she didn’t like being reigned in. I love the new ownership she is respectful of both her clients and caregivers. She has personally come out and cared for my Quadriplegic husband when she had a caregiver call off. Which is no easy task. This new ownership is wonderful. You would not go wrong choosing this company for your homecare needs. 5 stars coming from someone who is very critical and expects good care. I have experienced poor performance from the previous owner and from interim home care. Talum company is top notch and goes above and beyond. All my caregivers love Jessica and have nothing but praise for her. The caregivers have commented on how much better the company has become.
