StaffLink provided my mother’s end of life care for her last year and a half. Their 24 hour assistance allowed her to stay in the “independent living” area of her retirement community. I am one of two daughters that live in town, and my sister and I were very “hands on” with her daytime care. The StaffLink professionals were kind and accommodating to our mother’s every need. Their genuine caring attitude led to close relationships between our mother and her various caregivers, along with my sister and me. We had a very positive experience with Staff Link. We called the office and asked for a short term assistant for my mother who was prepping for a major surgery. My sister and I could not take off work before surgery and needed assistance with mom in her daily care. We also needed assistance with keeping her spirits up. Stafflink was instrumental in providing CNA and LPN/RN staff for our intermediate care facility in Mississippi. Despite being based in St. Louis, Stafflink was able to recruit a number of qualified professionals from the immediate area. They catered their recruitment efforts around our staffing needs and were able to maintain an adequate number of staff to support coverage at the facility.
