If you're looking for a dependable company that can help care for your loved one then I suggest staying away from this place. My grandmother is a client and has been for a few years. Most days they don't have staff to cover the shifts and they call last minute to inform us that no one is available. While they sit there and collect money from the insurance for a service that's not being provided. So save yourself the headache and find a dependable company because this one isn't.
