  I left a review and maybe 10 to 15 minutes later there was a response. It was well written, but clearly the ‘person’ who wrote it did not read my review closely. My issue was not being able to get to a human being. Again the review was beautifully written, but did not provide me an avenue to contact them, which was my original complaint! My conclusion– AI wrote the response to my review, not a real person. Disrespectful!! AI can provide efficiencies, but human interaction needs to be intertwined. BEWARE if this is how they treat potential clients. During the webinar, the presenter made them sound so personable and available for you, but look how I’ve been treated. She must’ve said “contact us” 15 times. Just words. Is this the company you want to trust your important Medicare decision with? I don’t think so.

  I cannot recommend Always Care, and cannot express in words how terrible this company really was. For example, their Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) were often late without calling, they would not follow simple rules, they damaged property, and they even abandoned their patient when they were being paid for 24/7 service. Inexcusable! Then, management would constantly make excuses for their employees' poor performance instead of requiring excellence from their employees. The manager/owner often bragged about being in business for the past 40 years, but then they repeatedly made scheduling mistakes. You would think that after 40 years of experience, they would have mastered scheduling, but no such luck. After many months of horrible service, I finally concluded that poor management with very low standards resulted in poor service and a miserable customer experience. It is my opinion that their behavior was irresponsible, unprofessional, dangerous, and, most likely, illegal and/or a violation of their State license. I definitely would not recommend Always Care.
