I’ve used Right Aid Inc on two separate occasions for my mom over the last year and they are fantastic. Early on, we needed a companion to help my mom with daily tasks: laundry, medication management, cooking, etc. Later, after mom went into a memory care facility, we needed a personal duty aide to keep an eye on her at night and help her with toiletting. Both Aides were perfect: sweet, patient, professional, reliable…. I could go on and on! Gina was quick and responsive to our needs on very short notice. I can’t recommend them enough.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to this agency for the care they have provided for my mother for 3 years now. Skip the "big name" home care agencies if you are looking for a more personal experience. They truly care about the patient, but also their families too. Management is always a phone call or text away with any concerns we have. They are compassionate and very kind. Recently, they had our back when the insurance company messed up. Thank you, Gina, for working hard to get that straight! The owner is humble and reasonable. We will not leave them until my mom goes into a nursing home or passes away in death. Choosing them over the other agencies 3 years ago was one of the best decisions we could have made. Thank you very much!!!

I have been using Rite Aid home care agency for my grandfather and everyone has been so caring and compassionate! I never have to worry about him not getting the care he needs! Every staff member has been wonderful and I would highly recommend using their services!

Ivy from Right Aid Home Care Agency was amazing. She took such wonderful care of my mother in law. She was caring and sweet. And a great cook as well. She made nutritious and delicious meals. Highly recommend!!!

Gina is not answering calls or messages that are being left my aid is out for a few days and I’m trying to get some one to come here and yesterday when she sent the aid this aid came with her daughter and a baby and she never called me back to even see if I wanted someone today or tomorrow and I did and she’s the only one who handle scheduling you can’t reach anybody else with a problem she’s not handling I will not except it maybe time to move on
