My Caregiver is a Joy to Have Around!

I am writing to thank you for sending Juana my way. She was great! I think it a tough assignment for these caregivers given someone in my circumstances. This hard-headed male retired physician (use to being in charge) was improving slowly day to day. It certainly was difficult to balance the amount of "care" needed to keep me safe yet encouraging the autonomy. Juana seemed to master this issue. She has sweet, engaging personality and it was a joy having her with me.

Very Experienced Caregiver

You can clearly tell my parents’ caregiver has a significant amount of experience with patients with a decline in mental cognition. I have seen her incorporate techniques needed to help settle my parents down. She has also coached me on how to respond best to my parents triggers and has also taught me techniques to care for my mother. You can tell she loves what she does by her attitude.
