When you start the conversation you feel heard with them. They work hard to make it a good relationship. I needed help and wanted to find someone to make my mom feel like she was still capable but allow her to rest. They found someone who fits her personality and work hard to keep her safe. The communication is awesome the process is easy and they work with you not against. I am so grateful for what they do.

We barely got started with this . My husband is a 100% service connected disabled US veteran with TBI and a dementia diagnosis from the VA hospital. I am his 24/7 default caregiver, advocate and wife. Today, I feel that one of their administrative staff blew me off when I contacted her to clarify some information . I further felt she was quite rude although I was being polite, patient and civil with her. She basically told me not to bother her. ( I've only spoken with her a couple of times as Jimmy's advocate and spouse. Our contacts were, I felt, quite pleasant.) She further instructed me that she wanted me to call the office from that point onward, even though I had NOT idea as to how I offended her. (My purpose for speaking with her was to let her know that apparently our lines had become crossed and a caregiver showed up today against my expressed wishes to the Home Care Liaison , Leslie Luedtke over the phone recently. ) I am sorry, but, unfortunately, I cannot work with a service that is so difficult with which to communicate, and, furthermore, my days are too stressed as they are to have to communicate with supposedly professional individuals who leave me feeling guilty for no reason. I would definitely NOT recommend Love In Home Senior Care and did NOT wish them to work further with my disabled veteran husband, sorry to say.

The Love In Home Care team is exceptional. They responded immediately when our family needed their assistance very unexpectedly. Their top leadership was outstanding, the scheduling person did a marvelous job coordinating 24/7 care for our parents, and the care givers are kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing in home care.
