After 18 months of using another service for my parents with repeated no call/no show and different staff nearly every time I changed to Live better at Home. It took about 3 weeks to get multiple people in and familiar and since then it has been so smooth. I am so happy with them! They care, communicate and every member of their staff has been competent. They all go above and beyond what I ask/expect. I highly recommend!
