Dealing with Helping Hands was excellent. My father had many different significant medical conditions impacting him. Our goal was to keep him at home. We had worked with other agencies and other in-home caretakers however we needed more. Helping Hands was excellent, their experience and approach to matching the best caretaker to our father was outstanding and made all the difference.

Helping Hands was a fantastic organisation. Although we used HH for a short time as my mother passed quickly the service was impeccable. Bob the owner and his staff personally visited to review the home, meet my mother, and explain the services they would offer. The personalised service was very much appreciated as I was overseas and unable to get back due to COVID-19. We chose 24/7 care and the care giver was very gentle and friendly to my mother and the nursing service they provided was professional. I highly recommend Helping Hands as a top company to provide elderly care at homes for rate them as a 5 star organisation.

We utilized Helping Hands to take of my brother. They couldn't of done a better job. Not having done anything like this, they patiently walked us through the process of setting everything up, while making sure my brother understood exactly what and how everything was going to happen. The owner Bob was amazing. We could reach him any time and he was very attentive to our request. The aide was also amazing. She was kind, compassionate, and professional. We could not be happier.
