  My family started working with Grace at Home Care several months ago, and it has truly been a blessing. Lin and her team of caregivers swooped in and lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. I never thought I’d be able to trust someone with my parents, who mean the world to me—but they’ve completely earned that trust. What sets them apart is the genuine bond they’ve built with my parents. They don’t just help with daily tasks like dressing and preparing meals—they go above and beyond. They’ve helped my mom pick out beautiful outfits and even send me photos of them singing Neil Diamond together while cooking. Those moments mean everything to our family. Grace at Home Care is not only helping my parents remain independent, but they’re doing it with compassion, dignity, and love. I’m incredibly grateful for Lin and her team.

  I am so grateful that we found Grace At Home Care and have so appreciated working with Lin and Laura. My husband is almost 8 years into his Alzheimer’s journey and I couldn’t have cared for him this long without their kind and compassionate help. Lin is a pro and was able to make my husband feel comfortable and secure that first day in order to give him a shower. When Laura came on board, there was more of the same dependable, kind and exceptional care. What a gift to have reliable and joyful care.   My experience while caring for my mother with Dementia was unacceptable. During one of the most vulnerable periods of our lives, we did not receive the support we were promised. Andrew was unhelpful and dismissive when assistance was needed, leaving our family without critical guidance and care. My mother has since passed, and the lack of support during that time is something I will never forget. Lyn repeatedly showed up late, contributing to an already stressful and unstable caregiving situation. Families going through this deserve far better. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care and avoid the risk of being left without support when it matters most.
