We have been so incredibly grateful for the honest compassion Genacta shows to their clients, and their families. They actively work hard for their clients within a very difficult system to truly help as much as they can, which is a very rare level of service these days. Additionally their communication is excellent. Their people answer their phones and promptly respond to emails/texts. I highly recommend them for anyone needing PCA care on the Peninsula.
