They have lack of communication at this point when families reach out to you for services for they loved ones. You take the call but then ghost families that's not a good look. People understand that their are other families out there but communication goes along way from great reviews and referrals to bad reviews and no referrals.

I highly recommend Extended Family Care of Pittsburgh. Our aid was kind and very skilled. She assisted us in transitioning from a difficult to a more manageable situation. We couldn’t have done it without her. The entire process from start to finish was done with skilled and friendly representatives I would advise anyone in the Pittsburgh area to use EFC of Pittsburgh for a home health aid or skilled nursing.
