  Expert Home Care has been a lifesaver to my family. They provided services for my sick mother and helped a family friend get certified to be an aide. The manager is responsive and works with the families for a good match with aide and patient. Definitely try them out if you need services. Highly recommended.

  My experience with Expert Home Care has been nothing but positive! We were in a pinch and needed services quickly and a referral source connected us with Mr. Esposito. Within a day he came with the home care professional and she started within days. We had had aides before privately and had not used help from an agency. We were hesitant to use and agency based on heresay However we needed 24 hour help for my parents. We have been nothing but pleased with the help from this agency. We are confident that we made the right choice with Expert Home Care. The home care worker we have is skilled, hardworking, attentive and compassionate. She has become a part of our extended family. I highly recommend this agency without reservation.

  As others have mentioned, Expert is a solid operation. Frank and Ingrid managed to get our current aide Collins on fairly short notice in late October when we had to fire a dreadful aide from Lifeworx—steer clear of them. They made the transition so easy and Frank even drove Collins to my parents house which I thought was a class act. The communication from the office and nurses has been excellent overall. I was particularly impressed by the attention to the care plan for both my mother and father—details matter with these folks. And in addition to all of the above, our aide Collins has been a godsend. He was so good with my father who had dementia and is currently doing a fantastic job helping my mother. We’ve had experiences with two other aides and he is truly exceptional. I’d recommend Expert if you’re looking for a home aide.

  My husband and I highly recommend Applause Home Care in Fair lawn, NJ to our family and friends. Our aides were well matched to my mother’s needs for care and companionship. They were consistent, courteous and nurturing. They responded well to her physical and emotional needs and were kind, aiding our family when we needed it most. Jim (CEO) takes a personal interest in his clients and it shows. As a nurse I was very impressed when something came up, Applause worked hard and found a solution.   Very grateful for finding Expert Home Care who took wonderful care of our grandmother. We researched thoroughly about a dozen agencies. The people at Expert made us feel the most comfortable. The office staff was great, always professional and pleasant to work with. Our grandmother was very apprehensive about having a live-in aide but the caregiver they sent put her at ease so quickly which made the stress of it all much more manageable.   We've been very happy with the service and care provided by Expert Home Care. Dorothy has been caring for my 95 year old father for the past few months had he's been very happy. He's gained weight, which is good, and enjoys her company. They get along well and I feel he's in safe hands. When Dorothy takes a weekend off, Expert Home Care provides substitutes who are equally as good. Expert Home Care is a professionally run company and we're happy to have chosen them for the care of my father.
