  As an employee for Everlight Care, I have never worked for a better company. They really care about us and take the time to make sure we are knowledgeable for each client we take care of. I feel confident when I go into a clients home because I feel I received the best training to help me provide the best care.   Caring and Compassionate Caregivers

  Everlight has provided care for my 95-year old father for almost a year. He is receiving in-home hospice care from another company. The caregivers that Everlight has provided for him are very caring and compassionate, not just in meeting his needs but understanding the needs of other family members in dealing with his care and dealing with the hospice nurses who visit him on a twice weekly basis. I have recommended Everlight to family and friends and will continue to do so.

  We are Very Satisfied With My Mother's Care

  Everlight Care has been caring for my mother for over 2 years. My mother and I are satisfied with the service, companionship and compassion they have for her. They do a great job.   Extremely Responsive Caregivers

  Everlight was engaged to help my mother as she declined rapidly into dementia and was very agitated and anxious. The staff at Everlight was unfailingly patient with and kind to my mother for the brief time we had their services before she was moved to memory care. I found Shireen and Jennifer in management to be extremely responsive to any questions or requests, and timely in their follow through. They provided the help we needed as we searched for options for both parents at that time struggling with COVID issues and lockdowns in residential care.

  Everlight Care is a great company. This is nothing against the wonderful company. However, the one star review is for the Branch Director Kathy Valley who needs to learn to not treat people like they are ignorant or incompetent. A Branch Director, especially for a caregiving company is supposed to have compassion and people skills.

  Everlight Care has been and continues to be an exceptional In home supportive service for me over the past few months. The young caretaker carries herself in a highly professional and efficient manner. She has been a godsend for me after my surgeries and is very good at keeping my home very clean and all things neat and in place. Meal preparation is good. It is especially nice that she is able to accompany me on my medical visits at the VA hospital. The Supervisor is very courteous also and caring about my needs and concerns. I highly recommend this agency and worker to all who need supportive care.

  Probably the strangest and wildest interview I have ever been to. The amount of rules this lady repeatedly told me. & she kept telling me they will pop up on you while at the clients home to “make sure your where you’re supposed to be” like what 😳 oh and they make the night shift check in the app every 15 mins apparently. All while offering minimum wage 😆 I was actually offered the job but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Definitely not a company I would work for the way they acted like I was untrustworthy from the get go. I would suggest being less intense during the interview process and maybe ease up or offer higher pay. And maybe not treat potential employees like liars ?? 👍🏿
