My Husband's Caregiver is Extremely Dependable and Pleasant!

Christine worked very diligently to get the right fit for my husband as he resisted having a caregiver. Felix is a perfect fit. Always has a smile and is kind and generous and relates very well to my husband. My husband looks forward to his arrival and asks for him often. He is kept clean, neat and well groomed. Wonderful Staff!

Kathryn Ruez has been the caregiver for my husband, Gerald, for almost a year. He is 85 years old and requires assistance with his activities of daily living. Kathryn came into our home as a stranger but in a short period she became a valuable member of our family. Kathryn helps him with his personal care ,both hands on and in a supervisory role. She is kind and gentle with him as he is very proud and wants to participate in his own care. Katheryn evaluates his needs and plans ahead as to provide the best quality of care in the time she spends with him. Ahe is very respectful and loving, as well, to our entire family and we are so proud to have her as a member of it. All the agency staff give 100% effort weather in house or in the field.

Going Above and Beyond

I can’t say enough good things about Christine and Elite Home Care Services. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are well taken care of in anyway they can. I had a very Delicate and difficult situation which took a Lot of time and perseverance until the Matter was straightened Out. Christine treated me Like it was her own problem or I was a family Member who needed help. I Am Forever Grateful for Elite Senior Home Care!

The best people ever !!!! I was so afraid when my dad needed round the clock people in his world. I phoned places but only Elite came out to meet dad, and that was the owners!!!! They are very concerned about their "family members" likes and dislikes. They worked with my schedule and the nurses that had the honor of taking my dad under their care were pretty much wonderful. If ever one couldn't or didn't show Christine and Dolores came instead, sometimes staying over or at hospital with him. They treated me like family and I am forever grateful for all they did.

Elite Senior Home Care Was So Helpful for Our Family

When I came to Elite Senior Home Care a few years back, I had been working with independent care givers who were very good. However, my mother was getting older and in need of 24 hour care. I had to find people willing to work with my mother, who had been totally self sufficient and now was not able to do anything for herself. It presented a challenge to find those who would have a good rapport with existing care givers and could withstand the onslaught of criticisms from my mother during their first weeks on duty. Once my mother accepted them, lasting friendships were made. Christine and Norma were truly caring and made every effort to find people who would take a day or night shift and the occasional fill-in person, when a regular caregiver had to have time off. As you can imagine the task in hand was not easy for either of us. I recommend Elite Senior Home Care, knowing full well that they will make every effort to find the person or persons, who will work best with your loved one. Nevertheless I came to realize that "perfect person" sometimes takes a while to find. Elite Senior Home Care could not have been more patient and helpful throughout the last four years of my mother's life.

Great Care

The Jewish Family Service suggested that I use Elite Senior Home Care for my home care needs. I appreciate the caregivers that Elite Senior Home Care sends to me and all the help they provide. My caregiver does whatever I ask her to do without question. In fact she goes above and beyond, I am 100% satisfied with her job, compassion and pride she takes in her job. She cooks for me, cleans the house, and does anything else I need. Everyone from the office staff seems to be very intelligent and helpful. Whenever I call the office the owner Christine is the one who helps me with any changes or requests I have. Elite Senior Home Care is the first place I would recommend to any friend in need of care. I would not hesitate at all in telling them how great Elite Senior Home Care is.
