  We Are Beyond Grateful For Our Mother's Caregiver!

  Your caregiver Georgia has ALL of the qualities that one would look for when choosing a live-in caregiver. She is kind, caring, gentle, empathetic and respectful. Not only does she provide exceptional personal care to our Mother, but she is also good for Mom's spirit due to her beautiful personality and sense of humor. Mom has been much happier with Georgia in the house and she is by far the best caregiver we have ever had working with us (and we've had many in the last 4 years)! She completes all duties in a timely and efficient manner and follows direction well. I enjoy her company as much as Mom does and already consider her as part of the family. We are beyond grateful to have her with us and couldn't do it without her!

  We contracted with Elderly Caregivers to provide 6 hours of home care for 7 days per week. The company committed to finding 1-2 caregivers for my 90 year old father in law. We simply needed someone to monitor my father in law to prevent falls and to be a companion while there. It took multiple weeks to finally find someone and then proceeded to only provide services for 5 days per week. After about 10 days the services stopped because of an issue with one of their caregivers but the company did not supply a replacement despite multiple requests. Also, their billing is not accurate, the company is not responsive to complaints, and this was a horrible experience. We attempted to cancel their services and sent multiple emails but never got a formal acknowledgement or even a response. We then has to chase the company for a refund of the unused portion of our deposit. We have used other agencies and this was by far the worst. Their care services were actually pretty good but the company never fulfilled the terms of their contract.

  Thank you thank you thank you..I dont know what we would have done with out you.. your organization is sooo kind, caring, knowledgeable and affordable.. After mom was released from the rehab, for breaking her hip, we only had 2 hours to find a live in caregiver. YOU were there for my mom as soon as she got home and have been taking wonderful care of her for the last 4 months. Thank-you for your constant communication and giving me peace of mind knowing mom was well taken care of.

  The caregiver that we have for my 92 y.o. mother is a GOD-Sent. She meets my mothers needs and provides better care than I could. I was skeptical at first hiring any company to provide 24/7 care let alone a company from out of town. BEST decision ever made. I highly recommend the services provided by E.C. llc.
