  ECHC is a dedicated team. The staff member they will help you with answering questions, working with schedule and any other needs you have. Clients are so sweet and a joy to work for. If you need your love ones taken care of they are the ones to call. Without a doubt they will be in good care from the best caregivers.

  If we are talking about top caregivers, then there is definitely one for sure to me. We have a caregiver by the name of Jemima Culbreth. I have only been employed with this company for 7 months as a staffing coordinator and there is not a doubt in my mind that she is probably one of the most caring loving affectionate responsible hardest working caregiver I have ever seen since I've been in this business from the age of 16 years old till now. 2 weeks ago her son contracted the rhino infection that was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks however the entire time that she was out of work spending the time at the hospital with her very ill son who have one point she did not even think he was going to make it because he could not breathe not one day went by that she did not call the office to check on all of her clients because she says that they're her family as well as her son and she loves them just as much and she does her family. Even through her tears and subs of worrying about her son she still said that she felt guilty that she could not be there for her clients every day and wanted to know if we have feelings going to make sure they were taken care of and wanted to make sure that they did not want for nothing since she was not able to be there for them. It's very hard to come across caregivers that care so much about what they do that way. Even after calling me everyday to check on her clients she also called her clients every day from the hospital to make sure they were okay and apologized for not being there with them . Anytime that she had free to break away from the hospital she went and checked on them as well. Her son was hospitalized for 2 weeks but pulled through and made a full recovery. She's an amazing worker and an amazing woman I hope that she stays with this company for very long time she's already been with us for more than 10 years . We love her dearly and .need more like her. She has never called out, never missed a day never had a complaint or never not did anything we asked her to do feelings or her regular job even if it was too much to ask of her she made a way to help us get the job done.
