Central Star has been a problem since the beginning of their contract the past several months. They put a great deal of pressure for all of my step daughter's hours and haven't been able to provide the aides for the hours provided to them. That alone blares alarm bells. My wife has had to fulfill the hours this company has failed to commit to. My step-daughter has been dealt one grief stricken moment after another from the inadequate operations of this company. Now the company wishes to leave the contract and I can honestly say it's the best decision they have made thus far. The aids they provide are ok, sometimes wonderful when they arrive, "note- when". Central Star will not be missed.

Employees performing home are services are adequate - management customer support fails. As a result of daughters inquiries regarding resumption of services after elderly mothers release from rehab center was informed no aids were available and I needed to find other services. Left us high and dry

SEE PHOTOS (unless central star removes them) Home health aide sleping, Vaping, talking to her incarcerated boyfriend all day everyday. Central Star scolded me several times for expecting too much of the home health aides.THEY BLOCKED ME when I tried to complain
