  Sue did an amazing job helping my father find a new home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with during the process and I highly recommend her services. Being out of state, I appreciate that she allowed me to FaceTime with each prospective home so that I could see the environment firsthand. My father has very “specific” needs and Sue ensured me that each home that we visited would meet those expectations. Sue is caring, compassionate, and definitely has a caring heart! ❤️

  Looking for a quality, affordable Assisted Living facility in Scottsdale for my father-in-law seemed totally overwhelming. So many choices and how would I ever quickly figure out which ones were out of his budget range? Thankfully, I saw an ad for Caring Heart Placement in the Via Linda Senior Center where I take Pilates classes and immediately reached out. Sue and Jamie were the answer I needed! Their knowledge and experience with facilities in the valley was invaluable. They created a short list of possibilities, arranged tours quickly and accompanied us on visits. Walking in with Sue was so much better than walking in by ourselves- people greeted and welcomed us, she guided the visit along and she knew some of the people we met with. Thanks to Sue asking all the right questions, we were able to find the perfect spot that fit both the budget and the care requirements. My father-in-law is very happy in his new home- especially with the food!- and is settling in nicely. Don't go it alone! I highly recommend you contact Sue and Jamie and ask for their expert guidance! Bonus: it won't cost you a thing!

  If you are navigating the overwhelming process of finding care for a loved one, stop searching and call Sue at Caring Heart Placement. She is simply THE best. We were left in an unfortunate situation after a death in our family, my mom, suffering from Alzheimer’s had to be moved across the country to be closer to me. I was left completely blindsided by a denial to another facility and at that point decided I needed some guidance. I chose to call her first on my long list of care consultants and I’m SO glad I did. Sue was responsive and compassionate. She has so much direct knowledge of the care community here and knew exactly what type of facility my mom needed in the first phone call. She had 3 tours set up for the very next day. Sue helped place my mom in the most amazing group home in Scottsdale. I cannot overstate what a difference her guidance made during what was an incredibly emotional and stressful time for our family. It is beyond what I ever thought we would find.
