Before I signed up with CARETECH for home healthcare. I was with another company ( premium) ((( I do not recommend premium home health))) And But for 2 CNAs and 1 housekeeper who were from premium were UNDERWHELMING . Only sometime would I get the hours ( approximately 3-4 hours a week max) I needed to be clean and stay clean. The owner from Premium (Julie) always had alcohol emitting from her every time she'd come. There were people representing this company that had stolen from me. When is call their office sometimes no one would answer I decided to leave that company and I sought elsewhere for my home healthcare needs to be met. I have been with CARETECH approximately about a tad over 3 months now. .. and the entire team from start to finish and then some has been nothing but kind and professional, caring and gentle.. they have more manpower than anyplace else I've been with.. I am so HAPPY WITH THIS NEW COMPANY that I was in tears. Because. my bed is always made nicely. I am clean. .. nothing's been stolen, no one's been high nor drinking. I get more hours than I've ever had anywhere before in this field.. I HIGHLY recommend CARETECH for you and/or your loved ones needs.
