There is a communication breakdown between the supervisor and her employees. After calling the company and canceling their services , she took the word of her employee over ours and sent her to us after we canceled. It was extremely uncomfortable and the poor girl didn’t have a ride home . Terrible way to do business. Would not recommend them. Also want to mention that we explained to the supervisor that the helper she sent us was wonderful at first but then began stepping outside 3-4 times a day talking on the phone sometimes over 30 minutes. How could she think that was ok . .

my sister and I hired Bright Care to care for our 89-year-old Alzheimer’s mother before we went on a vacation to Hawaii. Our sister came to visit our mom three days after we left and that’s when we found out that Mom has not had food or medicine since we left the Bright care workers never showed up and didn’t call us to let us know that there was some kind of schedule conflict so that we could make other arrangements to get Mom food and medicine. When we called Bright Care to talk with them about the dangerous mistake that they made, they promised to solve the problem. However, no worker showed up the next day either. We had to call them again and manager was not aware of our problems at all, and we had to terminate their “services”. She had been the one that met with us initially and promised such good care and feedback. If we hadn’t had our sister who was able to drive down from Indiana, knows what would’ve happened to Mom. As it was, we had to cut our Hawaii vacation three days early to return. Do not hire this company.
