I have been with this company for 3 years and the main reason I have stayed with the company is because of Raphia she is Great and very, very patient person. in other words, she is very sincere. When I need help and someone too really listens to my needs , she does just that and gets the job done. Also, I have no problem contacting her, the response it's epic. With me battling being disabled, it's good to know I can call Raphia to tell her what the problems I am having, and I don't have to do anything, no leg work. Raphia really likes her job, and that means a lot to me because she works out of the box to resolve the problem. As long as Raphia stays sincere, that's how long I will stay with the company, I guess I will be here, to stay a long time. Thank you Raphia for all you do.

BCHHS has very caring administrative staff and we have been with this agency since October 2023 coming up on almost one year now October 2024! All these reviews are based on employees, not patient care. Front office doesn't communicate with families. Doesn't follow letter of medical necessity from CHOP. The employee handbook is a joke. Doesn't support personal nurse who knows a child with special needs. I have no problem putting a complaint in with the state of PA.
