All Family Care of 9903 gravois CNA’s do not show or call off frequently . All Family Care refuse to provide back up care and do not answer or return calls when CNA’s do not show. My elderly family member is left to take care of himself for days. Most recent occurrence was 3/6/25.All Family Care representative/Renee does not represent the company well and give VA vets the care and compassion they deserve. 3/7/25 rating updated from 2 to 4 due to Renee worked diligently to provide backup coverage after a CNA worker called off again which is now 3 consistent days of call offs. Renee provided backup coverage today. My family is forever grateful. Thank You Renee!

We have been with All Family for several years now. We have had some very fine people through them. Some of the folks have been coming to us regularly and have become trusted friends. They have worked with me at the times I have had unusual circumstances like one of my children's surgery and accommodated our needs for me to be there with her. I feel very comfortable leaving my loved one with their people because I know he will recieve the kind of care and attention that I would give him. I highly recommend All Family Care to help you with your needs

Completely disappointed in this company and unacceptable service with complete lack of care for my elderly father. We were scheduled to have 24/7 care and did for only 1 week. 2nd week in and no one showed up yesterday morning to relieve the night aide. My family called multiple times for the replacement aide and were left hanging for the day. No return calls. Absolutely terrible service. Lack of professionalism. No follow up. Do not fall for Gary Chiippendale’s sales pitch. Call another provider in the St Louis area. One aide last week was extremely rude and disrespectful to my father and family. We fired her almost immediately after discovering she was inept plus my father was pushed in a wheelchair and ran into the refrigerator causing 2 bleeding wounds! The threat of a 911 call got her out of the house. If Quita (sp?) shows up at your home, ask for someone else immediately!!
