This COULD be a good home healthcare company to do business with or work for and has the potential to have excellent nurses on staff and a wholesome number of clients to serve. Unfortunately, there's always an individual whos behavior holds down the companies potential for greatness and in this case, her name is Allie! It's unfortunate to see a company with so much potential being held back by one individuals behavior even in written communication. Dishonest and unprofessional. They have a great location! Great coverage area. Access to so many qualified, experienced and great nurses in that field. It's unfortunate to see lose over something that could be so easily resolved.

We have not signed up with Affordable Family Care yet , but the level of care and service while working towards that goal has been phenomenal. Donny Shelton ( owner) called us back at 10:30 on a Sunday evening because he understood we were is a huge bind.He took time to answer all our questions and concerns Thank you Donny for caring! After talking to him it was like Finally light at the end of tunnel!

Overall speaking with staff and getting care into place has been an easy and delightful experience. The staff have been flexible with getting a caregiver out to our home and working around all the changes we have needed. They answer the phone right away and I have not been sent to voicemail which is a plus as the other agencies I have been meeting with are so hard to get a hold of. I would recommend them.
