Founded in 1989 as Prairie River Inc., it became Medicare-certified in 1996 and became Adara Home Health in January 2019, and today serves 60 of Minnesota's 87 counties through seven branch offices. Deb and Michele RN’s were great plus a few others who’s names I can’t remember. Had daily wound dressings from a hunting accident and they were careful to make sure I wasn’t in pain plus checked my vitals to make sure I was staying healthy. Plus I could tell they actually cared about the way I was feeling in regards to medication and appetite and were very pleasant and I looked forward to seeing them each day. Only thing I wished was Covid wasn’t an issue so I could actually remember their faces.. Dawn, the health aid was also great. As 32 year old man being pretty self sufficient, getting undressed to shower in front of a stranger of the opposite sex is definitely different and humbling but felt comfortable with the help she provided and made me feel less insecure about the change I had to get used too short term. Thanks for everything Adara.
