  I have been using Access Homecare for my mom since last September. The staff is very professional and caring. Iris is always pleasant every time i call .. Both Ms. Esther and Ms. Juliet have been helpful, understanding and supportive. Ms. Juliet called me on mother’s day and on my birthday, i was surprised, it brought a big smile to my face! It shows care.

  I have a long standing relationship with this company and I can honestly state that the concern for the client is always first and far most in the minds and hearts of all the staff. Access Home Care has provided service for a family member of mine for more than 3 years. The caregivers are professionals and have shown love, consideration ,diligence,honesty and dedication. Every day is not perfect but neither is life but there has always been quick resolution to the few aberrations that have arisen. I know that there have been mutiple services rendered to many of their clients without regard for payment. There are situations when clients have needed more than a caregiver, they have needed food, they have needed utility bills paid , they have needed someone to take them shopping, they have needed someone just to talk to. Most of these situations were brought to the attention of this company by an employee or friend. These services have been rendered out of love and caring (and without any expectations from the client or family) something that only God can repay to those at this who provided them. These support services have been provided for clients and employees alike just because the management of this company cares about people unequivocally. When you are searching the reviews on this company please consider these facts.

  Horrible experience. We used them to get a personal care assistant for my brother who has a disability and the staff at the office are very rude including the manager/supervisor. The times we’ve called with my mother they have yelled at us and have taken as a joke. They do things without your consent and give you no knowledge of things. I would never recommend this company due to the lack of respect the office staff has for their clients and it’s really unfortunate because the assistants we had were really nice and respectful. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. That’s how bad of an experience we had.

  They are very helpful and always in communication, we use them for my mother who needs assistance daily. Office staff and the Aid Assistant's are super helpful and friendly. I Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
