Very Pleased with Home Care Services

My husband and I had the pleasure to meet one of your newer employees, Erica, last Tuesday. She was personable and professional. She was smart and efficient. She helped us to prepare several dishes for dinner and cleaned up the kitchen thoroughly. She assisted me to complete tasks that I could not accomplish. According to Erica, she has worked with clients with various medical conditions under various locations, from out-patient lab to hospice, including ones with Parkinson's disease which I have. She encouraged me to exercise regularly and to avoid social isolation. She also recommended fall prevention strategies. We really appreciate your agency having the ability to recruit such an excellent (A ) home care aide. I hope she will continue to work with us. - Happy Client

Her illness was very sudden and unexpected and when we called you we received prompt, efficient care that we really do appreciate. Mom and Dad were well cared for and there was never a time when your workers left them unattended. The assurance that they were being cared for allowed my siblings and I to continue with our work commitments. Thank you again!
