Junie and the team at a Caring Touch were very professional and compassionate. The home care worker came by once a week to check on Dad, do some light housekeeping, and, most importantly, listen to my Dad's stories and provide him a nice opportunity for social interaction. My Dad has a lot going on right now and I greatly appreciated that the Caring Touch team were quick to pivot and accommodate his needs.

I made 2 appointments with Claudia, the scheduler, for care for my husband. When nobody showed up for the first one, I found out neither appointment was logged into their calendar. Claudia seems very incompetent. Call the day before to confirm. I will not use their services again.

When a loved one is sick and needs help and you have to go outside of the family to get the help and care they need you are always hesitant and worried. A Caring Touch, did an outstanding job of relieving those concerns. They took care of my Grandfather like they were family. They are genuinely caring, kind, prompt & professional. They go above and beyond and that’s what we want and need for family, thank you so much.

My mom went home on hospice about 1 year ago. We have used the caregiver services for 12 hours a day for 7 days a week. Everyone that visited my mom stated she was well taken care of and looked very comfortable. The family established a bond with the consistent care givers and the care giver at her side when she passed even cried. They are good at communicating and easy to get a hold of if something is needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have help taking care of their loved one at home.
