I was referred by a staff member and they didn't answer the phone the first time. The second time I called, they answered with a "hello", no company greeting. So, I wasn't sure I was calling the right place. When I told them I was a retired vet, looking for home assistance, I was hung up on. Asked my friend to refer me to a better company. I need people who care!

This company was a life saver. My dad has dementia/alzheimers and lives in a memory care facility. He fell, got injured then got very sick and had to be in a different facility for rehab and antibiotics. He gets so confused when left alone for any length of time. Deja, a care giver for Better Solutions was fantastic in going and sitting with my dad for 4 to 8 hours a day. She made sure he was clean and guided him eating his meals. Really sweet gal, I am forever grateful for how she took care of dad with kindness and patience. Thank you Melanie for your understanding and help as well sending Deja our way ❤
