I am so happy to be with Better Solutions in Home Care. My Homehealth Aide is awesome. Sandra helps me with everything. Laundry, cleaning, goes to tge doctors with me. Sandra takes walks with me to help me keep my balance and strengthen my hip from surgery. I don't know what I would do without help from Better Solutions Home Care.

She is overseeing our case and has been tremendously helpful. Our caregiver, Blanca, is kind, gentle, and very attentive to my father, who has advanced Alzheimer's Disease. This company should be shut down. We use them 1 day a week and they can't show up.Serveral no shows and no calls.Very disappointing for a company you reply on for your loved one. North County location. This month we only rely on this company 1 day a week . Irene has called in sick 3 times this month on Sunday. They sent us a care giver who didn't speak English to replace Irene. She called us and said she couldn't get my mother in law off the couch to use the restroom. We had to go to my mother in laws house and relieve this caregiver who is very incompetent . If you really care for your love one don't use better Solutions.
