  I am extremely happy with the care and professionalism provided by this home care agency. The caregivers are kind, attentive, experienced, and truly dedicated to the seniors’ needs. Many have strong medical or healthcare backgrounds, which gives me great confidence in the quality of care provided to my 92 years old mom. The cooking and daily assistance have also been excellent and very appreciated by my mom. A special thank you to their associate, Kathy Cheah, who has been wonderful to work with. She is always responsive, organized, thoughtful, and on top of everything. Kathy takes great care in matching the right caregiver to my mom's needs, and her compassion and professionalism really stand out. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality senior care.

  Updated review: apparently the service you get really depends on the caregiver themselves. We got very lucky with the very first caregiver assigned to us. She has been perfect. But almost all other caregivers have been OK at best. They either don't do both of caregiver and light housework tasks. A couple of them had their heads in their phones watching TV or reels and not being attentive to when my grandmother gets up and goes to the bathroom even they're sitting near her. Others are ao talkative that they don't get work done. Others have not even tried to take out the trash even though it's a task listed and the trash was very visibly full. Many caregivers, last minute, are not able to make it for a various number of reasons. Unfortunately, it seems like the caregiver business model is like contract work. There is no accountability. And many caregivers don't seem to want to do this job - they shouldn't be doing this if they don't really want to do what is required. Previous review: This is the first time we are getting help from a caregiver, and it is for my grandmother. I have been her primary caregiver with help from my mom and sister for just over a year. And it was very important to me that whoever comes to help is as gentle, careful, and attentive as me. We got paired with Maria, and so far, she has been exactly that! Dealing with company to schedule and get information has also been quick and easy. They always answer the phone, give responses quickly, and are quick and flexible to change schedules as needed. So far, it has been a great experience and the help is so appreciated.

She cooks, she cleans she provides companionship, She communicates my mother's needs and she's respectful to our home.   Better Solution In Home Care is a really great company! We hired them to help us care for our elderly parents, in particular our dad who has dementia. He needs consistent care, so we recieved help for overnights and respite on the weekends.. We really appreciate the gentle, patient, dedicated caregiving that we have received from Margrete, Alexia, Nancy and Jasmine...they are so Wonderful! And lastly, We love that the main office always answers our calls and the Office/Scheduling Staff Harold, Charlotte etc..are exceptional. We are so happy with our decision to use Better Solution In Home Care...
