This is THE worst home care company. They promised they were staffed to care for my father 24/7 for a minimum of 2 weeks, but not ONE caregiver for 6 consecutive shifts bothered to show up!! How is that even possible? Incredibly unreliable is an understatement. Inconceivably disgraceful and they should be ashamed for lying to me and for making empty promises. I would give them a negative amount of stars if I could.
