My mom has dementia and she loves Rachel Cochran. Racheal makes her laugh during the day and makes her feel like everything she says is ok and is great at redirecting her on everything. I know when she is with my mom that she is well taken care of. We are blessed to have such a great caregiver for my Mom when we can’t be with her. We tell Racheal all the time she is just like part of our family. 😊

You guys try your best to stay up with your clients to make sure you have someone to fill in if you have advanced notice from your care giver and you make sure that you contact the client and let them know what is going on. I honestly can say that none of the other companies that I have been with didn't do any of that for their clients. Ican say that you guys go up and beyond the other companies.

They have very bad communication and lack of concern and safety for their workers. Will send you to ANY environment just to best fit their needs(even with past bad experiences with the environment to their knowledge without warning you of anything) They just allows it to happen to you. After reporting the environments weren’t good they will ask you time and time again to still work in the same environments(with no change). Then will call you unreliable. Lol. Very insensitive and rude. Thanks for reading 🫶🏽!
