Hired better home solutions to care for my elderly parents in their home. First staff member couldn’t communicate with them as they didn’t speak any English. Needed an app on phone to translate to staff member. Said wasn’t a good fit, needed another caregiver. New staff member was to show up to work on Sunday morning and never showed or called client. Fired company at that point. Very disappointed
