Apollo TeleCare

Apollo TeleCare, part of Apollo Healthcare Partners, provides remote support that helps people stay connected, independent and safe at home. All services are delivered remotely by phone and video, so support is available anywhere in the United States.

Apollo supports aging adults, adults with disabilities, neurodiverse adults and people recovering from illness, injury or life transitions, and works alongside family caregivers, case managers, care coordinators and in-home providers.

• Daily check-ins: scheduled calls that help people keep their routines and stay connected.
• Companion support: friendly conversation and emotional support to reduce isolation.
• Safety and wellness support: regular contact, with follow-up if a check-in is missed and a designated family member or contact notified if concern continues.
• 24/7 and on-demand support: around-the-clock access to a live team member.

No special equipment is needed to start; many services work with a regular phone. Apollo's remote support often works alongside in-home care rather than replacing it.
