24/7 Coastal Contact

24/7 Coastal Contact is an answering and after-hours support service built specifically for home care and home health agencies. Based in Orange Beach, Alabama, it was founded in August 2018 by CEO Becky King, who spent 30 years in health care, from direct patient care to home care, home infusion and home health coding.

Instead of a general call center, each agency is assigned a dedicated team that learns its clients, caregivers and scheduling patterns and works as an extension of the office staff.

• After-hours on-call: manages incoming calls, schedules replacement caregiver shifts and monitors clock-ins and clock-outs.
• Caregiver call-off support: outsourced after-hours call-off and scheduling coverage.
• Daytime services: messages and call patching Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
