My mom worked with caregivers from FirstLIght Home Care of East Brunswick for about a year and 1/2 before she died in February. FirstLight is a wonderful agency to work with, and her caregiver was truly the best. My mom came to love her - we all did. I knew in the last weeks of her life, that my mom was not only cared for by her family but by a trusted, loving caregiver from FirstLight too. My mom also worked with other caregivers from FirstLight, and each one was a delight. Amanda, the owner, is responsible, flexible, and always kind. Thank you FirstLIght.

The agency provided home care for my elderly mom for 6 months after a car accident and her subsequent decline. They provided personal care, meals , laundry, and outings to grocery shop and attend doctor appointments. Office staff were extremely responsive to requests to increase or decrease hours of caregivers as we needed. Caregivers were kind and fairly consistent in arriving on time and communication with them was timely. Overall a very positive experience.

My wife and I are so fortunate that we found FirstLight Home Care to take care of the needs for her father. Amanda and her staff have done an outstanding job starting from the first day they starting caring for him. They level of personal care and genuine concern for the client`s needs are far beyond our expectations. I have never seen this level of care from any other provider, ever. The owner Amanda and her staff treat my father in law like a member of their family. Amanda visits frequently to make sure he is doing well. We live in Texas and Amanda makes sure we get at least weekly status updates. I would highly recommend First Light Home Care to anyone looking for any level of Elder care for their loved one

Amanda Chow, the owner of the FirstLight group in East Brunswick, was such a delight to work with. She was highly responsive, thorough, and seemed to genuinely care for the well-being of her clients. We used FirstLight to provide a travel aide for our grandmother for out of state travel. Amanda was direct and transparent about the logistics and in her follow-ups. We highly recommend working with her for travel aide services.
