Very rude. Spoke with the front desk lady who wasn’t able to answer basic questions such as what part of Mpls they are located in. Quite frankly, she didn’t seem to know much. At first she offered to provide someone else’s number who would have the information. But after I advised that it was strange that she didn’t know much. She changed her mind that she no longer had the number to the person she was going to refer me to. Then, she hung up on me. You just lost a potential client. Learn to have better customer service when people call inquiring about your services. You clearly don’t represent the company well.
